Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. As our items are handmade and often made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Eligibility for Returns  
- Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery .  

- Non-custom jewellery items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.  
- Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items  
- Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.  
- Press-on nails are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Reasons for Return  
We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:  
- Item is damaged or faulty upon arrival  
- Incorrect item received  
- Non-custom item does not meet expectations (must meet return conditions above)

4. Reporting an Issue  
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:  
- Your order number  
- A description of the issue  
- Clear photos of the item and packaging  

5. Return Process  
To request a return, please contact us at admin@sodamnunique.com (or social media listed below) within the applicable timeframe.  
If your return is approved:  
- You will receive return instructions  
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of approval 
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect  

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

6. Refund Process  
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome  
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days  
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect
